AI Suite Plans and Pricing: Ask AI, AI Studio and Managed Agents

Short answer: from September 1, 2026, Ask AI, AI Studio and Managed Agents are paid products in GHL Customer Care. A sub-account on an AI Employee plan has usage included. A sub-account on pay-per-use is charged for what it uses, so set limits before you rely on it.
Important: pay-per-use has no natural ceiling. If you leave a sub-account on pay-per-use without limits, heavy AI use is charged straight to the wallet and can empty it. Read set AI usage limits before you switch anything on.
Where to find the AI Suite
Open the AI Suite from the agency view. It is where you monitor AI usage, manage limits and review AI Employee plans across the whole agency. It has four tabs:
- Plans & Limits: which plan each sub-account is on, and the spending limits that protect the wallet.
- AI Assistant Seats: per-user subscriptions for Ask AI and AI Studio (see AI Assistant Seats).
- Usage Dashboard: what each sub-account and product has used.
- AI Setup: product-level configuration.
Pay-per-use vs AI Employee plans
Each sub-account is on one of three options. The plan is bought per sub-account: one subscription covers one sub-account.

Pay-per-use
No monthly fee. Every Ask AI question, AI Studio session and Managed Agent run is charged as it happens. It suits sub-accounts that barely use AI. It is also the option most likely to produce a surprise bill, which is why limits matter.
AI Employee Growth ($50 / month)
Includes the standard (1×) usage allowance for Ask AI and AI Studio, and 100 Managed Agent runs a month, for one sub-account.
AI Employee Unlimited ($97 / month)
Includes three times the Growth allowance (3×) for Ask AI and AI Studio, and 1,000 Managed Agent runs a month, for one sub-account. Choose it for sub-accounts where the team uses AI every day.
How to choose
- Open AI Suite → Usage Dashboard and look at last month's usage for each sub-account.
- Light or occasional use: pay-per-use, with limits set.
- Steady daily use by a small team: AI Employee Growth.
- Heavy use, or many agent runs: AI Employee Unlimited.
- Individual staff who need Ask AI and AI Studio across many sub-accounts: an AI Assistant Seats instead of upgrading every sub-account.

In the agency view, open AI Suite and go to the Usage Dashboard tab.
Does an AI Employee plan change anything I already set up?
No. Existing configuration stays as it is; the plan changes how usage is paid for, not how your AI products are configured.
