GHL Customer Care surveys allow you to collect valuable feedback and data from your contacts, but where do those answers actually go once someone submits a response? This article explains exactly where survey answers are stored, how to access them, how they connect to contact records, and what options you have for exporting responses.

What are Survey Submissions?

Survey submissions are records of answers provided by contacts who fill out your surveys. These submissions are stored in GHL Customer Care's Submissions tab under the Surveys section and are also integrated into the contact's profile depending on the fields used.

How To View Survey Submissions

Access Submissions from the Surveys Menu

To access the answers submitted via your surveys:

  1. Go to Sites from the main left-hand navigation.

  2. Hover over Surveys, then select Submissions from the dropdown menu.
