# How to Create a Blog?

Blog can be created by navigating to Sites from the subaccount.

1\. Navigate to Sites >  Blog

2Create new Blog by setting up the following:

-   Add name of the Blog
-   Select the domain and add slug (optional: you can create the blog without a domain and connect one later)
-   Add the description (recommended for SEO)

a. For example if the Domain is [abc.com](http://abc.com/)

\- User can specify the [abc.com/blog](http://abc.com/blog) as /blog as the slug. (If the domain page already exist, it will add other unique parameters after scanning all the urls and domain in funnels/websites)

\- The blog post name is defined as [abc.com/post/post-name](http://abc.com/post/postname-)

\- The category url will be [abc.com/blog/category/category-name](http://abc.com/blog/category/category-name)

\- Tag url will be [abc.com/blog/tag/tag-name](http://abc.com/blog/tag/tag-name)

\-Author will be [abc.com/blog/author/author-name](http://abc.com/blog/author/author-name)

b. For example if the subdomain is [blog.abc.com](http://blog.abc.com/)  
\- User can specify the [blog.abc.com](http://blog.abc.com/), they will not be required to add slug.  
\- The blog post name is defined as [blog.abc.com/post-name](http://blog.abc.com/post-name)  
\- The category url will be [blog.abc.com/category/category-name](http://blog.abc.com/category/category-name)  
\- Tag url will be [blog.abc.com/tag/tag-name](http://blog.abc.com/tag/tag-name)  
\- Author will be [blog.abc.com/author/author-name](http://blog.abc.com/author/author-name)  

4\. After adding the details, you will land on list view to create new blog posts and edit the blog site.  

5\. To edit the blog site layout, list view and card details and blog post page.  User can do the following
