The Template Library feature in the CRM is a collection of designer-made templates that users can use to create websites, funnels, social media posts, and email campaigns. The templates come with free high-quality stock images and content.

The Template Library in GHL Customer Care is a collection of professionally designed templates for websites, funnels, social media posts, email campaigns, and even more areas! These templates come with high-quality stock images and content, allowing users to create polished marketing materials efficiently.

Enabling & Disabling the Template Library

  1. Navigate to Agency Settings > Company.
  2. Scroll to the right to find the Template Library option.
  3. Toggle on Make Templates visible to clients.

Search and Discover Templates

Use the search bar to find templates faster across the Template Library.

  • View recent searches, suggestions, and trending topics when you click into the search bar.
  • Search using multiple keywords to narrow results more effectively.
  • Find templates by color using the search bar or the Colors filter.
  • See matching keywords highlighted in template results.
  • Use Clear Filters to reset your current search and filters.

The Template Library also helps you discover templates through sections like Top trending this week and Recently added.

Browse, preview, and compare templates

The Template Library includes an upgraded browsing experience to help you evaluate templates faster:

- Bigger thumbnails show more detail at a glance.
- Enhanced previews let you switch between mobile and tablet views with fewer clicks.
- More insights (such as download counts) help you compare templates quickly.
- Use the grid/list toggle to switch between visual browsing and a compact list view.

Email Builder Template Library

  1. Within your sub-account, navigate to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
  2. Click the + New button to create an email template.
  3. Select Template Library.
  4. Browse and choose a suitable template.
  5. Customize the template to match your branding.

Yes, agencies can add their own templates to the Template Library. This feature is available on the $497 plan and above. (Learn how to add your own templates).

Q: Is there a cost associated with using the Template Library?

No, the Template Library is available to all users without additional fees.

Q: Will the Template Library include templates for other areas of GHL Customer Care in the future?

GHL Customer Care is considering expanding the Template Library to include other areas of the app based on user feedback and demand.

Q: Can an Agency hide individual templates from Subaccounts so they are only visible to the Agency?

Yes, but not directly. Agencies can create Categories and toggle them to Hidden. As long as a Template is in a Category that is Hidden (and not in any visible Categories) that Template will not appear for Subaccounts. See the article Hide Individual Templates From Subaccounts for details.
