Exporting Email Marketing Data in GHL Customer Care allows users to download email performance metrics directly from the **Email Statistics** dashboard as a CSV file. This makes it easier to analyze campaign performance, share results with stakeholders, and maintain reporting records outside of the platform. Exports can include statistics from campaigns, workflows, and bulk email actions, and download links are securely delivered via email.

# **What is Export Email Marketing Data?**

Export Email Marketing Data allows users to download email performance statistics from GHL Customer Care’s **Email Statistics** dashboard in CSV format. This capability simplifies reporting by letting teams extract campaign performance metrics and analyze them in spreadsheet tools or external reporting systems.

---

## **Key Benefits of Export Email Marketing Data**

Exporting email statistics enables teams to analyze performance more efficiently and share insights across marketing, operations, and client reporting workflows.

- **Centralized reporting:** Download email performance data directly from the unified Email Statistics dashboard instead of manually collecting metrics from multiple campaign views.

- **Flexible export options:** Generate exports for all email activity or focus on specific sources such as campaigns, workflows, or bulk sends.

- **Simplified performance analysis:** CSV exports can be opened in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets for deeper analysis and custom reporting.

- **Easy sharing and collaboration:** Email-delivered download links make it simple to distribute reports to team members or clients.

- **Secure file delivery:** Export download links remain valid for 30 days, providing secure and time-limited access to reporting data.

- **Export visibility:** The Recent Downloads area allows users to track export activity and confirm when files were generated.

## **Email Performance Export Types**

## **Recent Exports**

The **Recent Exports** area provides a centralized place to track exported files generated from the Email Statistics dashboard. It helps teams verify that exports were successfully created and allows users to review reporting activity within their location.

Recent exports stores export records for **up to 30 days**, providing visibility into recent reporting requests and making it easier for teams to coordinate reporting tasks.

Information typically displayed in Recent Exports includes:

- Export file name or description

- Export type (Campaigns, Workflows, Bulk Actions, etc.)

- User who requested the export
