## **Current Features in GHL Customer Care**

Accessibility improvements are released across different areas of the platform, with a focus on screen reader support, keyboard navigation, and clear labeling for interactive elements. Use the highlights below to understand what’s available today and where it applies.

## **Accessibility in Onboarding and LaunchPad**

Onboarding and LaunchPad include improvements that support users who rely on screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and other assistive technologies.

**What’s improved**

1. Screen readers announce step progress, provide clearer modal context, and communicate form validation feedback.
2. Keyboard-only navigation supports predictable tab order across interactive elements, Enter/Space activation where supported, and Escape to close supported modals.
3. Focus indicators and focus behavior are more consistent across steps and dialogs.
4. Language declarations and localized accessibility text improve pronunciation and comprehension across supported locales.

---

## **Accessibility in Media Storage**

Media Storage includes accessibility improvements that help more users manage and navigate assets with confidence.

**What's improved**

1. The Media Storage interface now better supports accessibility guidelines.
2. Key elements in Media Storage now work with screen readers to provide clearer instructions and feedback.

### **Our Planned Process**

- Implementing systematic accessibility improvements across core platform features
- Integrating accessibility testing in our quality assurance process
- Prioritizing customer-facing tools and functionality based on user feedback
- Conducting third-party accessibility audits to validate our compliance efforts and guide development priorities

While GHL Customer Care is committed to providing accessible features and tools, customers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable accessibility laws. For questions about your specific obligations, we recommend consulting with qualified legal or accessibility professionals.

If you experience a screen reader issue, keyboard navigation problem, missing label, or focus behavior that prevents completing a task, include the page/area you were in and the steps to reproduce it when you reach out for support so the issue can be prioritized and verified.

## **Getting Help**

For accessibility support or to report barriers, contact the support team. Including your device (desktop/mobile), browser, assistive technology (example: VoiceOver), and the steps that caused the issue helps us investigate faster.
