With the Subscription Management feature, you can manage all your subscriptions, invoices, and transactions from a single, convenient location. Whether you need to cancel a subscription, review details, or filter through your subscriptions, everything is now just a click away.

Easily cancel any subscription directly from the management page. No more navigating through multiple screens – this feature is streamlined for your convenience.

How to Use the Subscription Management Feature

Accessing Subscription Management

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click on Profile on top right 
  3. Select Account Settings > go to Billing & Subscription

Managing Subscriptions

  1. View Subscriptions: See all active and inactive subscriptions in one place.
  2. Cancel a Subscription: Click on the subscription you wish to cancel, then select the "Cancel" option. Confirm your action, and the subscription will be canceled.
    Access to respective subscription will be lost as soon as it is cancelled.
  3. Filter Subscriptions: Use the filtering options at the top of the page to sort subscriptions by source, status, or date.
